How to connect
1Sign in to the right Kajabi account
In your browser, sign in to the Kajabi account you want to connect. Kajabi approves access with that session.
2Open Connectors and choose Kajabi
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Kajabi, and click Connect.
3Choose what StefanBrain can do
Kajabi lists each permission, such as reading data or editing offers. Turn off any you do not want, then approve.
4Ask your first question
Try asking StefanBrain to list your Kajabi sites, or to outline a new course.
Good to know
- Kajabi drafts offers, pages, and emails. Community posts and forms publish right away, because Kajabi has no draft for them.
- Theme edits change published pages at once. There is no draft layer for theme content.
- StefanBrain does not ask for Kajabi's account-user permission, so it cannot add users to your account.
- Kajabi does not send broadcasts, process payments, or change account settings through this connection.

Why do I have to reconnect sometimes?
Kajabi expires connections that go unused for a while. Sign in to the right Kajabi account in your browser, then connect again.
Can my team members connect?
Yes. Each person connects with their own Kajabi login, and their Kajabi role limits what StefanBrain can do for them.
How do I disconnect?
Disconnect in StefanBrain's Connectors, or in Kajabi under Settings > Integrations & Webhooks > AI Assistants. Either one revokes the access.
